Are there paper tickets?
Tickets will be purchased through PayPal. No paper tickets will be issued. No tickets will be sold at the event. Please present your email confirmation from PayPal to the "Will Call" table at Dancing Branch Farms.
Why are you collecting canned goods?
The canned goods will be donated to the Food Bank and give everyone that donates chances for the raffle.
Is there a rain date for the event?
There is no rain date for this event. Dinner will be served in our indoor/outdoor spaces. In the case of inclement weather, we will email attendees with a cancellation notice.
Is parking available?
There is parking on-site at the farm. Parking is free. There is a gravel parking lot available and a field- so get your boots ready!
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the New Bern Woman’s Club Scholarship Program.
What is the attire for the event?
Come in your favorite Boots & Bling! We suggest you coordinate with the weather ahead of time for this event. Little bow ties, cowboy hats, or your favorite pearl snap shirt will do just fine for saying howdy.
My child has allergies, will other food options be available?
We will have a standard BBQ dinner plate available and various snacks throughout your evening. Please bring any preferred food of your own to accommodate any allergies, you or your son, may have.
