September 2026: Underground Railroad Of New Bern Community (URRNBC) Partnership
Dedicated To Researching, Preserving and Sharing The History of the Underground Railroad in New Bern, NC.
Representatives of the URRNBC spoke to the our group about the development of the URRNBC coalition, and relayed some of the historical facts that have been uncovered about the New Bern maritime underground railroad. The New Bern waterfront has been designated in the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom.
