Education CSP Names 2017 Citizen of the Year

Juliet Rogers has been named the 2017 Citizen of the Year by the Education CSP.

A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Juliet has called New Bern home for the past 17 years. As Executive Director of Religious Community Services, Juliet, along with her zany and amazing staff, has brought a new model of solving homelessness through education at RCS. Her latest efforts have been fundraising for the BEE campaign renovation. This 1.5 million dollar project will house a new commercial kitchen and dining room, increased family rooms, and a newly designed Veteran’s homeless shelter.
